The Rise of the Fist Bump!

  

There are many ways in which we let others know how we feel.  We often use symbols or gestures to highlight the importance we feel for that particular person or possession.  With that simple thought in mind take a look at these pictures of real objects that are giving rise to the influence of the fist bump!! 

There is a revival of the fist gesture and no more so than that of Air Knuckle Assocaition and its members!  Here are a few of the ways we are sharing the love...from air fresheners and magnets to pumpkins and birthday cakes!

Raise 'em up!

Well I figured it was time that I get this blog off the ground...or more appropriately up in the air!  Some of you may have seen the Air Knuckle Association (aka) facebook page and wondered what in the world it is and this will be my attempt to explain.

The aka got its start from a group of friends looking for a way to let each other know that even though we all have busy schedules and things that keep us constantly on the move, we have each others' back.  If you need something just ask and we got you covered.  In these tough times it became more important than ever to know you had friends who could support you and lift you up during your times of struggle.  And we started using the raised fist as a reminder of our friendship.  It is a symbol much like this picture, where together we are mighty and able to accomplish just about anything!

We have given members nicknames and created shirts and even have custom made hats!  There is a facebook page and now this blog.  We are not a group that takes ourselves too seriously, in fact those that know us know that we are probably the least serious people they know!

This blog will simply be a way for us to share whatever is on our mind and share ideas and thoughts with anyone that is interested.  So feel free to read, comment, suggest, or whatever.  What ever you decide to do just enjoy!
